GoGo Estate has a number of Protection Plans to choose from. For those who do not need a complete estate plan (Will or Trust), GoGo Estate's Protection Plans are a great tool for simple, yet important planning. Here are the different plans to choose from:

Protection Plan: Designed to protect each customer's health care and financial needs. The Protection Plan can be for a single person or a couple. Comes with the following documents:

• Advanced Directive(s)
• Durable Health Care Power(s) of Attorney
• Durable General Power(s) of Attorney
• HIPAA Release(s)

Health Care Declaration: Designed to provide single people or couples with basic health care guidance. The Health Care Declaration includes:

• Advanced Directive(s)
• Durable Health Care Power(s) of Attorney
• HIPAA Release(s)

Durable General Power of Attorney: For those individuals or couples who just need assistance and coverage for financial or personal matters.
